  • The space can be rented for corporate events, workshops, product launches, meetings, networking events, film and video productions, and photo shoots. Please note that it is not available for personal events.

    • Sit-down capacity: 72 people across 3 tables

    • Standing capacity: 100–150 people

    • Available seating options: 24 stainless steel stools, 8 office chairs, 6 rattan office chairs

    • 2 elevators + freight lift available

    • The freight lift area closes at 6:00 PM, although the lift itself can still be used.

    • The building door closes at 6:00 PM; it is recommended to have a staff member at the entrance during events.

    • Total area: 300 m²

    • 2 storage rooms (large and small) for catering, materials, etc.

    • 3 fixed tables (1 main large concrete table + 2 large work tables)

    • 2 meeting rooms (6–8 people and 4 people) with 2 Samsung 4K TVs, 125 cm / 50’’; normally closed but can be opened upon request.

    • Bathrooms: 2 (one step to access)

    • Equipped for 24 people

    • Large stainless steel island

    • Dishwasher

    • 3 microwaves

    • 1 oven

    • Total refrigerators: 3 (1 large with small freezer + 2 small)

    • Preferable that catering brings their own equipment, plates, etc.

    • We do not work with exclusive catering providers.
